Can I Bring food + Drinks?
Discovery Lab is home to a delicious and healthy on-site cafe, Bean Sprouts, where guests can relax with coffee, snacks, meals, sweet treats and more! Discovery Lab has a beautiful outdoor amphitheater where guests are welcome to eat, mingle and use as a meeting point, as long as there are no events taking place. Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibit hall.
Where can I park?
The parking lot entrance for guests is off of 31st Street. Parking spots wrap around the amphitheater to the east side of the building. Overflow parking is available south of the building in a gravel lot marked for the Gathering Place.
Do you have sensory-friendly hours?
Yes, we do! The second Sunday of each month from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Registration not required.
Can I leave the museum and return?
Check in with the front desk to receive a stamp to show on your return.
