The Camp Assistant will assist the Museum Educator in teaching hands-on STEAM classes to children at the Discovery Lab. The camp assistant will help children innovate, create, think critically, solve problems, communicate, and collaborate.

The Grants Manager is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Development.  This key development team member engages in fund development functions within the department with emphasis on providing research, writing, and leadership for all programs and projects supported by grant funding. In addition, this position supports all museum departments ensuring grant deliverables are met, and tracking performance for reporting.

This position would be a critical part of the fabrication team, ensuring the team is maximizing the organization’s ability to provide world-class exhibits to advance the organization’s mission.

Discovery Lab recently opened a new facility, allowing the organization to expand its resources to better serve the community, students, and families in Tulsa and the surrounding region. We strive to be a great place to work and offer competitive pay and benefits.

This position constructs, maintains, and repairs exhibit components, cabinetry and display work. The Exhibit Technician is responsible for contributing innovative ideas and work methods in support of Discovery Lab’s exhibit programs. The Exhibit Technician also ensures completed exhibits, on-floor and traveling, are in working order and in good repair.

Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a warm welcoming approach to visitors. Maintain a safe, educationally sound, hospitable, and aesthetically pleasing environment at the museum.
