Yes! We will sit down with you at your convenience to go over details and any questions you have.  
YES! We are an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community.  We want you to know that we do not discriminate or refuse business to any couple regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race etc.
We do not offer any wedding coordination. We can reffer you to a professional that can handle all of your event needs. 
Decorations may not be hung by staples or screws. The only adhesive material allowed on the walls, floors, is stage/drafting/painters’ tape or gaffers tape. All other decorations must be freestanding. No glitter is allowed. You may utilize candles as long as they are enclosed in glass and the flame does not reach higher than 2” below the height of the glass.  No confetti, ecofetti, rice, bird seed, balloons, or wish lanterns will be allowed. No fireworks are permitted. Please check with our reservations manager for approval on what is to be used outside.
Thirty-one Twenty-three does offer 100 8'x30" tables and 100 chairs. We do not offer linens, silverware or plate. Renter will need to contact an outside vendor for these needs. 
Taxes are not included. If you wish to add extra security, that would be an additional cost and at the reponsibilty of the renter.  
We offer our members a 10% discounts to rent the space. 
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tentative holds are allowed for a 72 hour period for time to review the contract.  Once the 72 hour period has expired, the hold is released. To secure a date, Thirty-one Twnety-three must receive a completed and signed contract and 50% of the final rental fee.  Discussion of dates does not guarantee a reservation.
Sure thing! We have a preferred vendor list that we have worked with before and know how our space works and operates. 
Yes, you can! However our indoor max capacity is 223 and our outdoor space 264. Please keep in mind that having both might require a partial space flip after the ceremony.  

All reservations are for 12 hours. If you come in at 10 a.m. your rental will be covered until 10 p.m.
